Tyler Yost, NRP, CCEMTP, LI, is a skilled EMS professional with extensive experience as both a field clinician and a seasoned EMS educator. Based in the Chicagoland area, Tyler is actively engaged in several EMS initial education programs at the EMT and Paramedic levels. He played a pivotal role in the creation, implementation, and leadership of the Education Department at large Chicagoland ambulance provier, overseeing up to six EMT-Basic certification classrooms. Currently serving as the EMS Director for the Lemont Fire District, Tyler is committed to fostering strong leadership and introducing innovative educational opportunities within the EMS community. In 2024, Tyler was honored as the finalist in the prestigious EMS World Expo “Stand and Deliver” competition in Las Vegas, earning the Sean Kivlehan, MD, MPH, Stand & Deliver Finalist Award.
