Brian LaCroix serves as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Cambridge Consulting Group. Previously, he spent more than two decades as President and EMS Chief of Allina Health EMS in Minnesota, where he led a large-scale 9-1-1 ambulance operation serving more than one million residents and managed a fleet of over 120 vehicles.

Brian is a nationally recognized emergency medical services executive, consultant, educator, and industry leader with more than 40 years of experience in EMS, healthcare operations, public safety leadership, and organizational strategy. Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation as a thoughtful and highly respected leader who combines extensive frontline clinical experience with executive-level operational expertise. His leadership has consistently focused on improving organizational performance, strengthening leadership teams, and advancing high-quality, patient-centered care.
