Dr. Cody is a board-certified emergency physician practicing in Oklahoma City. He was the founding program director for the Emergency Medicine Residency Program in Norman, Oklahoma and now serves and the assistant vice president of educational development for Team Health. Dr. Cody is an active EMS medical director and oversees the mobile integrated health programs in metropolitan Oklahoma City and Tulsa. He has a strong interest in evidence-based practice, especially as it applies to the prehospital environment. Additionally, he serves on the board of directors of the American College of Osteopathic Emergency Physicians.

Anna Bailey, MPH is the biostatician for the Office of the Medical Director in the EMS System for Metropolitan Oklahoma City and Tulsa. She leads research investigation teams in a spectrum of EMS clinical and operational areas, transforming capabilities of EMS systems.
