I began my career in 2002 working for Hall Ambulance Service in Bakersfield, CA as an EMT and Paramedic. While working for Hall Ambulance I graduated Bakersfield College with an AA in Fire Technology. I was lucky to play racquetball for Brigham Young University in 2004 and graduated with my BA in Exercise Science in 2006. I hit the job lottery when I joined Sacramento Metro Fire in 2006 as a Firefighter/Paramedic. My passion in medicine led me to put myself through Physician Assistant School and I graduated from Stanford's PA program in 2011. I promoted to Captain in 2013 and then to Battalion Chief in 2022. Having knowledge in pre-hospital and hospital medicine has led to my passion in Mobile Integrated Health.
