Ryan Greenberg

Ryan Greenberg has spent the past 25 years working in EMS from EMT to Chief of EMS to EMS Director. Ryan has focused his career on building hospital based EMS systems across the northeast while always remaining an active Paramedic, Fire Fighter, Educator and EMS Advocate. Ryan believes for an EMS system to be successful it must have engaged leaders, embrace innovation, measure clinical quality and always be willing to adapt to change to improve the system for patients, providers and the community. Ryan received his undergraduate degree from Babson College, his Master’s Degree from Seton Hall University and post-graduate certificate from Columbia University. Ryan spent 8 years as a board member for National EMS Management Association and is on Board of Directors of National Association of State EMS Officials.

EMS Supervisor Leadership Academy 4.0

This one-day, in-person, interactive leadership session is a hands-on course offering a unique opportunity to hear from EMS leaders across various EMS systems who have developed innovative solutions to common challenges. During the program you will engage in facilitated discussions, classroom instruction, group activities, and personal self-assessment exercises to maximize your learning experience. The course will delve into national guidelines for EMS leaders, including the National EMS Management Association’s Seven Pillars of EMS Officer Competencies, NFPA Fire Officer standards, and the Center for Public Safety Excellence Chief Officer standards. The course will discuss what are key attributes to be an effective leader and how to expand your professional network. We will touch on national leadership best practices and dive into how A.I. is changing the future and can help us be more effective EMS leaders.

Rob Farmer

Rob Farmer is the Director of EMS Growth for Crosswalk Health.

He has previously served as the National Director of Sales for CentralSquare; as the Chief Administrative Officer for Harris County ESD 11 Mobile Healthcare; as the Director of Public Safety & Emergency Management for Lee County, Florida; as the Director / Chief of Delaware County EMS in Central Ohio, and as a firefighter/paramedic for the Upper Arlington Fire Department in suburban Columbus, Ohio.

He has an MBA from the University of Southern Mississippi, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Hodges University. He is a Fellow of the American College of Paramedic Executives, as well as serving as a Charter Commissioner.
