Faculty Agenda

Lynn is a Partner and Co-founder of Six Layer Concepts & Consulting with over 25 years of experience in intelligence and counterterrorism, including 12 years in USMC Special Operations (Force Recon, Scout Sniper). He completed several combat tours and served as a Military Formal School Instructor, Master Instructor, and Curriculum Developer. Lynn was among the first Marines in the Combat Hunter experiment and later instructed Combat Hunter, ASAT, SOFSAT, and IT-SAT. He is a recognized expert in behavior pattern recognition and serves as a Team Member/Evaluator for USASOC/NSW covert surveillance and countersurveillance operations. Lynn holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice focusing on Homeland Security and Counterterrorism from Southern New Hampshire University and is pursuing an M.Ed. from the University of Florida. He has a secret security clearance.
