Gerad Troutman, MD, MBA, FACEP, FAEMS is the Associate Chief Medical Officer for Global Medical Response and medical director for the American Ambulance Association. He is an assistant professor of Emergency Medicine at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, TX where he is the local EMS medical director and serves as a mentor to the Texas Tech Innovations Hub. He is a past president of the Texas College of Emergency Physicians and currently serves on the Texas Governor’s EMS & Trauma Advisory Council of Texas.
