Faculty Agenda

Jenny Rieker, CP, CCEMTP, serves as Battalion Chief of Mobile Integrated Health for the Mehlville Fire Protection District, where she leads the district’s Mobile Integrated Health Division and supports programs including High Utilizer Engagement, Fall Referral, and Harm Reduction initiatives. With more than 20 years in prehospital care—and over a decade focused on Mobile Integrated Healthcare (MIH)—Jenny has worked across both hospital and fire-based EMS systems. As one of Missouri’s early community paramedics, she contributed to the development of the state’s first MIH program and remains actively involved in advancing MIH efforts statewide. She is passionate about collaborative care models that improve patient outcomes and regularly presents at regional and national EMS conferences.
