Tyler Price

Tyler Price, MD serves as Avel eCare’s Medical Director for Emergency Services. In this role, he is responsible for maintaining Avel’s high level of quality care while connecting with our partners and ensuring Avel continues to innovate and improve services. He also oversees the clinical team’s exceptional telemedicine support to more than 260 sites across the US. Dr. Price has been an Emergency Medicine physician going on 13 years and currently works at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD.

Dr. Price completed his medical education at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine in Grand Forks, ND, and his Emergency Medicine residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE. Dr. Price continues to serve on several committees at Avera as well.
