He has a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Wyoming and has spoken nationally on EMS leadership, education and clinical concepts. Ian has a passion for finding ways to improve EMS within operations, education and training at all levels and types of services.

The Simulation Blueprint: Maximizing Training Impact on Any Budget

This comprehensive eight-hour workshop will provide EMS educators and training coordinators with the knowledge and tools to develop high-quality simulation scenarios tailored to their specific program needs and resources. Participants will learn a systematic approach to conducting a training needs assessment, designing impactful simulation experiences, and integrating simulation into their existing curriculum.
