Having lost family members to cancer, Canopy Founder & CEO Lavi Kwiatkowsy realized technology can help providers improve outcomes and prevent suffering. In 2018, he founded Canopy—the first Continuous Care Platform for oncology—providing AI-driven solutions for care between visits. With Canopy, practices can identify patients who need help, resolve issues at scale, and generate new reimbursement for this care. Today, Canopy is contracted to serve 2,000 providers and is rapidly growing. Previously, Lavi served in an elite Israeli Intelligence unit and public tech companies. In 2023, he was named a ‘40 Under 40 in Cancer’ honoree.
