Linda Bosserman

Dr. Bosserman graduated with highest honors in biochemistry from UC Berkeley, received her medical degree, completed an internship and residency in internal medicine, and served on the faculty at Stanford University. She subsequently completed oncology fellowships and held faculty appointments at Harvard Medical School, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and Brigham and Women's Hospital. Most recently, Dr. Bosserman earned a PhD in clinical sexology focused on the updated science, assessments, and treatment options to address sexual toxicities in women with breast and other cancers. She is also certified as a sex counselor by the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT). 

At City of Hope, Dr. Bosserman leads the Pathways and Protocols Program, which oversees the Clinical Pathway program for medical oncology, hematology, and radiation oncology, the integration of City of Hope clinical trials into the pathway system, the building of complex cancer therapy orders in the EPIC medical record, and the analytics for clinical and financial outcomes. Clinically, Dr. Bosserman is focusing on the treatment of sexual toxicities in women with breast and other cancers. To address the unmet clinical needs of breast cancer patients, she has developed practical and evidence-based clinical pathways that impact patients' quality of life and treatment adherence.
