HazMat for HR: Containing Toxic Employees

Toxic employees, when left unaddressed, behave like hazardous materials that are improperly stored. Eventually, they will degrade their surrounding, causing an unpredictable amount of damage. These "leaks" are small at first, but left ignored, they can grow exponentially. Using a response mindset, we’ll conduct a leadership size-up, classify the “substance” (behavior), and implement source control to prevent secondary exposure. You’ll map proven tools. Using clear feedback, consequence ladders, cutting the power supply, PIPs, probation, evaluations, documentation, and policy alignment as a simple containment algorithm.
