1. • Code of Conduct

     HMP Global is committed to providing a professional, welcoming, safe, and respectful space during our in-person and online events, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, religion, disability, and/or other differences. Our Attendees bear equal responsibility for creating a safe and welcoming environment for participants.
      
     Our Code of Conduct outlines what behavior is expected of Attendees, and what behaviors will not be tolerated. All Attendees at any HMP Global in-person, online, or hybrid event or function are expected to abide by this Code.

   • Payment Options

     All registrations must be paid in full by credit or debit card—check payments and invoicing are no longer available. 

   • Cancellation Policy

     Registrants unable to attend the meeting may send another individual in their place without penalty, except for industry registrants. Please submit a written request, including contact information for the replacement, by completing this form. On-demand purchases of the Event Pass, or Unlimited 365 Pass are not transferable or eligible for a refund. For purposes of this section, the term "industry registrant" is defined as non-clinicians employed by industry.

     Upon cancellation by an industry registrant, a refund will be issued, less a cancellation fee of $150 (or the full registration amount, whichever is less).    

     There are no exceptions to these policies. Payments may not be applied toward tuition for future conferences, nor any other meetings or products offered by HMP Global.

   • Sessions

     Sessions are subject to change. 

     No individual or entity may electronically record or broadcast any portion of WoundCon without prior written consent from HMP Global. Unauthorized recording (audio, video, still photography, etc.) of presentations during sessions without the express written consent of HMP Global is strictly prohibited. Press representatives must receive a press pass and photo/recording permission from HMP Global. HMP Global reserves the rights to any approved audio and video production of presentations at all HMP Global events.
