Argentum’s workforce development framework presents an opportunity to learn and develop a strategic approach to workforce development. The session will further provide a practical, “on-the-ground” point of view on how the workforce system works and how that system can support Senior Living communities. Issues and challenges regarding higher education connections, innovative military and veteran recruitment approaches, lessons learned on a five-year apprenticeship journey, and direct workforce services provided to employers via the state and federal workforce ecosystem will be explored, discussed, and explained.
