One Process, Every Community: How Growing Operators Standardize Revenue Without Heading Headcount

Most senior living groups don't set out to run five different billing processes, it happens as they grow. A community comes online with the system it already had, a workaround gets baked in to cover a gap, and a few acquisitions later the back office is reconciling by hand and hoping the numbers hold at month-end.
