As demand for senior living services grows, nearly 89% of older adults still express a desire to age at home. This disconnect highlights the need to rethink how and where older adults engage with wellness, cognitive health, and community. This session introduces two emerging model, Longevity Communities and Longevity Day Clubs.
Longevity Communities are residential environments grounded in the science of Scientific Wellness, integrating the four Ps: prediction, prevention, personalization, and participation. Residents receive precision health assessments, personalized recommendations, and access to programming designed to make healthy living practical, engaging, and measurable.
Longevity Day Clubs are a capital-light, service driven model designed to address the middle market crisis by supporting older adults aging at home.
During this session both speakers will separately present their pilot projects.
