The Official Meeting of Argentum
Pilar B. Carvajal is the Founder and CEO of Innovation Senior Living and The Longevity Day Club, where she leads the development of scalable, affordable solutions for the underserved middle-income older adult market. A recognized social impact and service innovation entrepreneur, she is known for bridging the gap between traditional senior living, home- and community-based services, and wellness-driven engagement models.
With extensive experience integrating affordability, residential living, and healthcare, Carvajal has built and operated businesses serving older adults across the income spectrum. She is particularly respected for designing practical models that expand access to quality services for middle-market seniors, those who earn too much to qualify for public assistance but cannot afford conventional senior housing.
Her latest venture, The Longevity Day Club, is a community-based, preventive lifestyle model that enables older adults to remain independent and age well at home through connection, purpose, and wellness support, without the cost of institutional care. The model also provides the senior living industry with a financially viable pathway to meet growing demand beyond housing alone.
Carvajal holds a Master of Science from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts from Smith College. She is an alumna of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program and the SBA Emerging Leaders Program. She serves on the Florida Senior Living Association Board, the NIC Middle Market Committee and the Senior Living 100 Advisory Board. She is a frequent national speaker on middle-market innovation in aging.
