As a social model we are always looking to find the best ways to meet our residents needs through socialization, life stories, interactions, etc. before rushing to medical interventions. While the collaboration between the Programming Department and the Health Service Department is strong, I believe it would be beneficial to many to hear from the experts in Wellness and Programming on how they achieve their successes.
