Holly feels honored to have been serving residents in the senior living field since 2010. With a passion for serving residents living with dementia, she is a proud certified dementia practitioner and trainer for the NCCDP and strives to educate as many as possible on person-centered and individualized approaches to care needs and communication. As National Director of Programming for Sinceri Senior Living she leads Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care activity professionals towards an elevated life experience utilizing signature programs, integrated technologies, and person-centered approach. Holly has successfully developed, championed, and implemented multiple interactive resident experience programs, with reflection and education components designed to leave participants with both purpose driven and meaningful care approaches. Her results-driven approach and expertise has translated into successful programs and initiatives that have significantly benefited both our senior communities, as well as our team members. Her leadership extends in support of organizational operations and strategy in collaboration with Health Services, Resident Engagement and Community Relations bringing passion, innovation, and eagerness to continue to move the industry forward to best serve our residents.
