3:20 PM - 4:20 PM
Managing patients with both psychiatric disorders and substance use challenges requires integrated, trauma-informed approaches. This session focuses on treatment planning for patients with dual diagnoses—such as schizophrenia and stimulant use disorder or bipolar disorder and alcohol use. Faculty will review assessment tools, pharmacologic conflicts, and case-based strategies for sequencing treatment and reducing relapse risks in complex clinical presentations.
