Beware of Unauthorized List Rental Solicitations
Please be aware that Psych Congress does not sell or distribute Psych Congress attendee lists to any third-party vendor.  If you have been approached by a third-party vendor to purchase a Psych Congress conference attendee list, it is a scam. If you do receive correspondence from any individuals claiming to be selling a Psych Congress attendee list, please report them to Tara Fields at tfields@hmpglobal.com. We will take the appropriate action. We would suggest that you do not respond or engage with these vendors. It only emboldens their effort. We do our best to keep our eye on these offenders.  We send them cease and desist requests and then report them to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). We also send out information educating our exhibitors and members on proper handling of these requests. 

Is my booth furnished?
Booth reservations only include backwall and sidewall drapes and an identification sign with your company name (excludes island booths). Carpet, electrical, furniture, etc. are not included. The Exhibit Hall is not carpeted, and floor covering is mandatory. All booth-related items can be ordered through Freeman.

What is included with my booth?

• Backwall and sidewall drapes (excludes island booths)
• Company listing on the NP Institute Mobile App and Interactive Exhibitor Directory Signs
• Identification sign with your company name (excludes island booths)

How can I order badges?

Exhibitor/Sponsor badge allocations are based on a company’s booth size. Exhibitor badges grant access only to the Exhibit Hall. Companies that are exhibiting and sponsoring a Product Theater (Innovation Theater) will receive a Sponsor badge that provides access not only to the Exhibit Hall but also to the company’s sponsored Product Theater. Additional exhibitor/sponsor badges can be purchased. To attend educational sessions, full conference registration is required. For more information, contact your sales representative. During Exhibit Hall hours, installation, and dismantling (I&D) staff are not allowed in the Exhibit Hall unless they remain within the confines of your booth.

As an exhibitor, can I attend educational sessions outsides of the exhibit hall?
To attend educational sessions, Industry partners participating as an exhibitor/sponsor qualify for a discounted Full Conference Access rate for session participation. Note: Full Conference Access does not always include Preconference sessions. These must be purchased separately. Contact your sales representative for more information.

Are children allowed in the Exhibit Hall and/or sessions?
Under no circumstances will children under the age of 18 and/or guests be allowed at the conference. Due to limited seating capacity and the highly technical nature of the programs, children under the age of 18 and/or guests are not invited to attend presentations.
