    • What if I am contacted by someone offering lower rates or urging me to book immediately?

      Please be aware that HMP Global, AMP, and/or the hotel have NOT authorized any third party to block or sell rooms to attendees of the event. Hotel reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be authentic or to offer lower rates; however, they are often illegitimate.

Reservation-Guarantee-Policy

    • What is the deposit / guarantee policy for this event?

      All attendee reservations must be guaranteed with a nonrefundable deposit equal to one night's room and tax.
      Exhibitor reservations must be guaranteed with a nonrefundable deposit equal to two nights' room and tax.
