Alicia Jenkins, BS, RN, CWCN, is Vice President of Clinical Operations and Partnership Success at Corstrata and a nationally recognized expert in wound and ostomy care with over 25 years of experience across home health, hospice, acute care, and post-acute settings. Certified by the Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurses Certification Board (WOCNCB) since 1999, she brings deep clinical expertise alongside a strong understanding of the operational and financial impact of wound care delivery.
Alicia has been a pioneer in virtual wound care since 2008, advancing innovative care models that expand access to specialty expertise, improve clinical outcomes, and reduce cost of care, particularly in home-based and resource-limited settings. Her work has consistently demonstrated measurable improvements in healing outcomes, length of stay, and supply utilization.
At Corstrata, Alicia leads the design and implementation of scalable virtual wound and ostomy programs integrated across Hospital at Home, post-acute, value-based care models, and rural and critical access hospitals, expanding specialty access in resource-limited settings. She partners closely with health systems, clinicians, and interdisciplinary teams to standardize care, support bedside providers, and drive both clinical and operational success.
A sought-after speaker and contributor, Alicia has presented nationally and published on virtual care innovation, palliative wound care, and care model transformation, helping shape the future of specialty care delivery beyond traditional settings.
