Jennifer Bierhup RN, WCC, CCM, iRNPA, FACCWS
Jennifer Bierhup is a highly respected leader and innovator in wound care nursing, with nearly two decades of experience in both acute and post-acute settings. She holds her Wound Care Certification (WCC) through the National Alliance of Wound Care (NAWC) and her national Case Management Certification (CCM) through the Commission for Case Management Certification (CCMC).
As a recognized expert in wound care education and case management, Jennifer authored, co-authored, and narrated the comprehensive, multidisciplinary STEPP into Healing education course, designed to enhance clinical proficiency for home health providers and medical practitioners. She has also developed business methods for wound care case management, demonstrating a proven track record of improved healing outcomes.
Jennifer currently serves as President of Libellen Learning, an innovative wound education company, pioneering new developments in the training of highly specialized wound care case managers. Previously, she held the roles of Director of Clinical Education for Tissue Health Plus and Executive Vice President of Clinical Delivery for Archangel of Mercy. In addition, she is an active member of the Ohio Council for Home Care and Hospice’s Education Committee, the Society for Vascular Nursing, and the Post-Acute Skin and Wound Integrity Council (PAWSIC). Jennifer is committed to developing innovative strategies that improve healing, enhance clinical decision-making, and drive excellence in wound care case management.
