Frank Aviles

Frank Aviles, Jr, PT, CWS, FACCWS, CLT-LANA, ALM, AWCC, is a physical therapist with over 35 years of experience in wound care, specializing in the treatment and management of chronic wounds and lymphedema. He is deeply committed to advocacy, education, and patient care.

Beyond his clinical work, Frank is active in research and publishing and co-hosts The Frank & Lizzie Show, an educational platform for wound care and lymphedema clinicians. He also serves as a consultant, advisor, and speaker for various industry partners in the wound care and lymphedema space.

Frank is a co-founder of the Advanced Wound and Lymphatic Institute and is associated with Aetherus Wound and Lymphatics in Tampa, Florida, further expanding his leadership role in advancing education, clinical innovation, and integrated care in wound healing and lymphatic disorders
