Ryan Kaczka is a seasoned private equity investor, investment banker, and operator with a specialization in initial public offerings, leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and de-novo companies. With a primary focus on behavioral health, Ryan also spearheads investments in digital health, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and banking. With extensive experience in operations and leadership, he has served as CEO, COO, and board member of numerous companies. In 2018, he was recognized as the Tampa Spotlight CEO and named NJBIZ's 2023 Healthcare Innovator of the Year.

Mr. Kaczka is a prominent figure on various boards, including portfolio companies, the Rutgers University Center for Addiction Studies, the White House/ONDCP Opioid Litigation Abatement Advisory, an international bank, and an international healthcare non-profit. He also serves as a personal advisor to numerous federal, state, and local leaders, including Senators, Congressmen, Committees, Governors, and Department leaders. With a passion for Muay Thai fighting, astrophysics, and advocating for national healthcare and banking reform, Mr. Kaczka brings a unique perspective to his work in the field. His expertise and accomplishments make him the go-to choice for private equity and M&A expertise.

Dr. Britton's career journey in the mid-1990s began in the behavioral health sector, focusing on assisting patients with mental illness, substance use, and developmental disabilities. With a relentless pursuit of knowledge, Dr. Britton holds two master's degrees and a Doctorate in Public Health, specializing in executive leadership and strategy. His dedication and expertise propelled him to his first senior leadership position at the age of thirty-one. Over the past 24 years, he has overseen progressively larger organizations, notably serving as Division President of a prominent addiction treatment provider and holding four CEO positions in leading national behavioral health care organizations. In his most recent role as the owner and founder of Britton + Company Consulting, Dr. Britton serves as a partner to private equity-backed, privately held, and not-for-profit businesses. Britton + Company Consulting supports businesses in navigating the rapidly changing and dynamic landscape of healthcare, with a specialization in behavioral healthcare. Specifically, he partners with organizations to create and execute strategic plans that drive growth, profitability, and clinical excellence. Services include operational analysis, mergers and acquisition, talent management, strategic planning, and board support including operating partnerships.

Daniel Gemp is the Founder & Principal of Gempire Advisory and a successfully exited entrepreneur with nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare, technology, and growth strategy. He built and sold a national healthcare marketing agency, Dreamscape, that generated over $5B in client revenue via performance marketing. His work has led to hundreds of millions in M&A activity, completing two acquisitions of his agency in the process into what became the largest in the healthcare sector. Daniel advises executives, investors, and boards on scaling with AI-enabled business systems, blockchain, and advanced digital marketing, and is a frequent speaker at national conferences. He serves as a fractional Chief AI Officer at several innovative healthcare operators and will continue to expand his AI engagements and investments in the AI space.

Greg is a co-founder of Prosperity Behavioral Health with 15+ years of experience in finance and corporate strategy. He has assisted in the evaluation, execution and integration of multiple behavioral health M&A transactions while implementing plans for data-driven revenue cycle to help customers grow.

Jaime Vinck, MC, LPC, was recruited in June of 2024 to be the President of Meadows Behavioral Healthcare. In this newly created role, she is providing leadership across all Meadows Residential and Outpatient Operations, alumni relations and The Meadows Senior Fellows.

Prior to accepting this opportunity, she was CEO of CPF Recovery Ways. In her role, Jaime provided leadership to the operations in Utah, Washington, Idaho, Nevada and Texas. Jaime was previously part of Acadia Healthcare where she was CEO of The Sierra Tucson Group, which included Southern California programs and the AZ Campus of Sierra Tucson. While at Sierra Tucson, Jaime was also Chief Clinical Officer/Chief Operations Officer, demonstrating her strength in clinical leadership, program development and treatment operations.
Jaime has been recognized as a mentor to those in leadership positions within the industry. She has been named Licensed Professional Champion Women of Influence Awards sponsored by Inside Tucson Business and in 2019 was named as one of Arizona’s Most Influential Women by AZ Business Magazine. Jaime regularly been named one of the top leaders in AZ in both Healthcare and Behavioral health.

An industry advocate, Jaime serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP). She speaks nationally and internationally on trending topics, including Suicide, Addiction & Depression, Suicide and the Organization, Compassion Fatigue, and Trauma Informed Leadership.

Dan has over 25 years of experience with more than 100 completed M&A, strategic advisory, and complex financing deals, bringing a rare combination of operational depth, entrepreneurial drive and financial expertise to every engagement. Prior to joining Northborne, Dan partnered with Lindsay Goldberg to co-found Sero Mental Health, a national behavioral health platform. Prior to Sero, Dan was a co-founder and Managing Director of Coker Capital Securities, a premier M&A advisory firm focused exclusively on middle-market healthcare that was acquired by Fifth Third Securities in 2018.

Dan holds a degree in Financial Management from Clemson University. He is a former Marine Corps Sergeant who served during the Persian Gulf War and was assigned to a unit tasked with conducting unconventional warfare by air, land, and sea.

Dan currently serves on the boards of Sero Mental Health and Care Predictor, is a founder and advisor to the Sero Scientific Advisory Board, sits on the Steering Committee for the Behavioral Health Outcomes Consortium, and serves on the Innovation Committee Board of the Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute.

Riley Osborne is a behavioral healthcare executive, founder and operator who has spent his career building organizations, developing leaders and challenging the way people access and experience care.

As Chief Growth Officer of Recovery Unplugged, Riley has helped scale the organization from fewer than 200 employees to more than 660, added four states and five brick-and-mortar facilities to its portfolio, and helped lead its evolution from an addiction treatment provider into a behavioral healthcare organization through the addition of mental health services. He has directly hired, mentored or developed more than 50 leaders across the organization.
His perspective spans treatment operations, mental health, psychiatry, technology and AI, but the work has always been personal. Riley entered recovery at 19 and has spent his adult life trying to multiply the second chance he was given. That mission also led him to found Sober Sessions, a nonprofit that has reached more than 100,000 people through music and live experiences.

Riley believes great operators build leaders who build leaders, creating impact far beyond what any one person could accomplish alone.

John West is an accomplished entrepreneur, executive leader, and visionary in the behavioral health space. As Chairman of the Board at High Watch Recovery Center and Alina Lodge, and Managing Director of SoberCompanions.com, John has been instrumental in elevating care models rooted in trauma healing and executive recovery. He also co-founded The Guest House Ocala, one of the nation’s leading residential trauma treatment centers.

With a background in film production and a passion for global travel, John brings creativity, authenticity, and strategic insight to every stage he steps on. As he refines his long-term vision and legacy, his work reflects a deeper mission: to cultivate leadership rooted in strength, integrity, and service. He speaks powerfully on trauma-informed systems, founder resilience, and the future of mental healthcare with the clarity of someone committed to lasting impact.
