Sales & Marketing Roundtable: Between Yes and Move-In

Track Sponsored By: A Place for Mom

The period between a family committing to a senior living community and the actual move-in is one of the most important, yet often overlooked, stages of the resident journey. Anxiety, uncertainty, and logistical challenges can create friction at a time when families need reassurance and confidence in their decision.

Through operator perspectives and facilitated peer discussion, this Roundtable will examine how communities can strengthen the transition from commitment to move-in. Participants will explore where the process commonly breaks down, how operators are improving communication and coordination, and what practical changes can help build family confidence and create a stronger foundation for the resident relationship.
