Lindsey Hammerslag, PhD is an Assistant Research Professor in the Division of Biomedical Informatics at the University of Kentucky. Her work bridges behavioral neuroscience, health services research, and public health informatics, with a focus on improving outcomes for individuals with substance use disorder. Dr. Hammerslag leads statewide data infrastructure projects that support public health decision-making in Kentucky, including the development of interactive dashboards and data capture tools for opioid response initiatives. She is a co-investigator on several NIH-funded studies and a steering committee member for the State-University Partnership Learning Network, advocating for cross-agency data collaborations that inform equitable, evidence-based care and public health interventions.
