Cleave Baker is a Certified Peer Recovery Supporter and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor with the Public Health of Dayton and Montgomery County Recovery Services, where he has served since 2021. He is an integral member of the GROW Team ( Getting Recovery Options Working), providing recovery oriented support, advocacy, and evidence-informed interventions to individuals impacted by substance use disorders.

Cleave holds an Associate Degree in Addiction Services and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Advanced Treatment Techniques. He is dedicated to promoting person centered care, reducing barriers to treatment, and strengthening community-based recovery systems. Through both professional training and lived experience informed practice, Cleave is committed to empowering individuals and families on their path to long-term recovery and wellness.
