Chef Robert E.Graham, MD, MPH, is a Harvard-trained researcher, physician, and chef, recognized globally as a leader in Integrative, Functional, Holistic, and Culinary Medicine. Demonstrating his commitment to culinary arts, Dr. Graham obtained his culinary degree from the Natural Gourmet Institute in 2018. Dr. Graham earned a Master of Public Health degree from the Harvard School of Public Health. Concurrently, he completed three fellowships at Harvard Medical School in General Internal Medicine and Complementary and Integrative Medical Therapies, and Medical Education.  For nearly 25 years, he has been a dedicated advocate for health, passionately promoting the concept of "food as medicine." During this time, he has educated over 1,000 healthcare professionals, primarily physicians, pioneered the establishment of the first edible rooftop garden at a hospital in New YorkCity. His work has been instrumental in NYC and globally in the transition ofinstitutional food systems.  Dr. Graham is Chief Health Officer at Performance Kitchen, where he advises on and designs medically tailored meals for individuals managing chronic conditions. Driven by the belief that medicine requires a fresh approach, Dr. Graham co-founded FRESH Medicine, an integrative health and wellness center in NYC, and FRESH Med U, an online self-care platform. FRESH represents their core philosophy: Food, Relaxation, Exercise, Sleep, and Happiness. Launched in 2019,FRESH Med U offers individuals and organizations the flexibility to pursue their health goals and enhance their well-being through remote learning. In September2023, Dr. Graham was appointed as the inaugural Medical Director of Integrativeand Functional Medicine at Catholic Health System.
