Maggie Rybak, MPH, is a Senior Programs Manager working for the Maryland Department of Health, Center for Harm Reduction Services. Her work is primarily focused around Maryland’s state wide drug checking program (RAD), grant management, and policy regulation and analysis. The Rapid Analysis of Drugs (RAD) program is a public health surveillance program that tests routine paraphernalia from syringe service program (SSP) participants with the main goals of better understanding the drug market landscape in Maryland and reducing risk.
