Arch Robertson is a dedicated public health epidemiologist with extensive experience in opioid and HIV surveillance, data analysis, and public health program support. Currently serving as an Epidemiologist II with the Tennessee Department of Health's Office of Informatics and Analytics, Arch plays a key role in Tennessee’s overdose response efforts. In this role, he collaborates with the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services to develop data products that inform statewide overdose prevention strategies. His work includes conducting overdose surveillance, analyzing data from diverse sources, and creating visualizations and reports for stakeholders and the public. Arch also regularly presents findings to partners and responds to internal and external data requests.

From March 2024 to February 2025, Arch supported the Ryan White Part B and HIV Surveillance Programs within the Tennessee Department of Health. In this capacity, he enhanced data quality and system integration through advanced SAS programming. His responsibilities included project coordination, reporting to funders, interagency collaboration, and providing analytic support for both internal and external partners.

Prior to his work in Tennessee, Arch served as an Opioid Epidemiologist with the Arkansas Department of Health from January 2022 to March 2024. His contributions included analyzing and integrating multiple data sources, developing public-facing dashboards and reports, and collaborating closely with partners to meet program objectives.

With a strong foundation in data analysis, public health surveillance, and interagency coordination, Arch continues to support data-driven decision-making and health equity through evidence-based public health interventions.
