Mark Lawrenz is the Assistant Deputy Director over Substance Use Disorder Mental Health and Recovery Services at the Orange County Health Care Agency. Mark has been employed by the Orange County Health Care Agency over 25 years in several capacities, including as a Program Manager then Division Manager over Prevention and Intervention; as a Service Chief over behavioral health clinic operations and then over the Quality Improvement Review Team over substance use treatment programs; and as a behavioral health clinician for the Drug Court and DUI Court programs. Mark has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2004.
