Jamie Gilliam is a graduate of Alice Lloyd College with a bachelor's degree in Social Science. She began her career with Operation UNITE as a Screening and Referral Specialist for the KY HELP Statewide Call Center in March of 2020. In December of 2020 she earned her CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor) and was then promoted to Director of the KY HELP Statewide Call Center in January of 2021. Before coming to Operation UNITE, she was worked in the SUD Treatment Field for over 5 years. Jamie is an experienced professional in the field of substance use treatment. Driven by a passion to break the chains of addiction, she takes pride in helping others gain the knowledge, strength and courage needed to break those chains. As an employee of Operation UNITE, she is committed to creating hope, and changing the culture. As the Director for the KY HELP Statewide Call Center, her goals include cultivating individual growth for her team and ensuring the highest quality of service is provided.
