Ashlee Crouse, CPRS-J, RCPF
Faith-Based Recovery Coordinator | Certified Peer Recovery Specialist – Justice-Involved | Recovery Coach Professional Facilitator
Ashlee Crouse is a faith-filled recovery advocate, educator, and leader with a heart for justice-involved individuals and the communities that support them. As a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist – Justice-Involved (CPRS-J) and a Recovery Coach Professional Facilitator (RCPF), Ashlee blends lived experience with professional training to empower others on their journey toward healing and wholeness.
In her role as a Faith-Based Community Coordinator, Ashlee partners with churches and ministries across Tennessee to create trauma-informed, recovery-ready environments rooted in compassion, dignity, and hope. She provides training, certification, and guidance to equip congregations to walk alongside individuals impacted by addiction, mental health challenges, and the justice system.
Having walked the road of recovery herself, Ashlee knows the power of faith, second chances, and community. She is committed to breaking stigma, building bridges between clinical and spiritual care, and helping others discover their God-given purpose through recovery. Her work is not just a job—it’s a calling to be a voice of hope and a vessel of transformation.
