Allen Burnette is the Director of the Coffee County Recovery Court in Manchester, TN, and a dedicated advocate for recovery and reentry. Drawing on more than 18 years of lived experience, he has worked extensively in mental health, substance use recovery, and criminal justice reform. A graduate of the Franklin County Recovery Court Program, Allen has held leadership roles with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, Middle TN Rural Reentry, and the Tennessee Lifeline Peer Project. His mission is to reduce stigma, strengthen reentry pathways, and empower individuals to rebuild their lives.
