Dr. Alexander Sappok is CEO of RaySecur, Inc., a Boston-based technology company developing advanced security imaging systems used to detect concealed drugs and narcotics. Previously, Dr. Sappok served as CEO of FST, an MIT spin-out company developing sensors and control systems for automotive applications acquired by CTS Corporation (NYSE: CTS) in 2015. He holds over a dozen patents and two R&D100 awards.
Dr. Sappok received S.M. and Ph.D. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, where he also held the Cummins-MIT Fellowship. He is a member of ASIS, SIA, SPIE, SAE, ASME, and an active mentor with MIT VMS.
