Julie’s leadership has been instrumental in the Alliance's success, earning accolades such as the ONDCP Blue Ribbon Award in 2021 and 2023, and the CADCA Got Outcomes Coalition of Excellence Award for Long-Term Outcomes. She has also secured significant federal funding through key initiatives like Drug-Free Communities, Partnership for Success, and the Sober Truth on Preventing Underage Drinking Act, helping to sustain and expand critical community programs.
A lifelong learner, Julie is an alumna of the CADCA National and Graduate Coalition Academies and Stanford University’s Executive Leadership Program for Nonprofits.
