Elizabeth Fraser

Elizabeth Fraser received her MSW from Columbia University, eventually making her way to Walla Walla, WA, where she is the Program Manager for Blue Mountain Heart to Heart's Health Engagement Hub. Liz brings a well-rounded perspective to the position after six years of case management experience working with individuals living with HIV/AIDS and people who use drugs. The agency's mission of promoting harm reduction has been a strong influence on Liz's work with vulnerable populations.
