Robin Rinker

Robin Rinker has over a decade of experience in strategic communication and external relations. She has led communication efforts for the CDC Division of Overdose Prevention, the Travelers’ Health Branch, the Office of the Associate Director for Policy and Strategy, the Division of Cancer Prevention and Control, and the Division for Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention. She has also served in multiple leadership roles on the COVID-19 response. Robin came to CDC from the National Cancer Institute at NIH where she facilitated critical relationships with Congress and advocacy communities. Robin received her Master of Public Health degree from Emory’s Rollins School of Public Health and is a proud woman’s college graduate (Randolph-Macon Woman’s College).
