Isabelle Cisco is a Public Health Analyst in Oregon working on the Overdose Response Strategy (ORS). The ORS is a joint initiative from the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) and the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP). The mission of the ORS is to bring public health and public safety partners together to build capacity around fatal overdose prevention. Isabelle is an experienced public health collaborator, working at the intersection of communicable disease prevention, substance use and overdose prevention, and harm reduction. Isabelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, Health Promotion and Health Behavior from Oregon State University. She is a second-year Master of Public Health student at Johns Hopkins University and a Bloomberg Fellow at the Bloomberg American Health Initiative through Johns Hopkins, working in the Addiction and Overdose focus area.
