Liz Leingang

Liz Leingang joined the PAARI team in April 2021 as an AmeriCorps VISTA member and was placed on the PAARI Outreach Team to perform a needs assessment of PAARI's current system of recruiting, on boarding, and supporting law enforcement partners in the Upper Midwest region. After a year of serving on the Outreach Team, Liz was promoted to Outreach Team Leader. In this position she was able to ensure project effectiveness and a positive member experience. In 2023, Liz started as a Project Manager specializing in Organizational Operations. For the past year, she has been working on the collection and dissemination of information on xylazine, the emerging veterinary tranquilizer that is becoming prominent in drug supplies across the country. During this time, she also became the Interim Program Manager of the Plymouth County HUB Situation table in Massachusetts, a deflection initiative that facilitates community partnerships to identify individuals or families that meet criteria for high level of needs across multiple service sectors with the purpose of providIng linkages to services in order to reduce and prevent the risk of harm.
