Sarah Spencer
DO, FASAM

Dr. Spencer has been providing care for patients with substance use disorder in rural Alaska for 14 years. She works in tribal health for the Ninilchik Traditional Council where she offers telemedicine and low-threshold access to addiction treatment for patients with severe substance use disorders. She is the volunteer medical director and founding member of Alaska’s first syringe access program in Homer, and provides teaching and consulting services for nonprofits including the Opioid Response Network and the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium.
