Kailin has been working in harm reduction in Canada and United States for the last 18 years. She is proud to be the Senior Director of Programs for OnPoint NYC serving Washington Heights, East Harlem and the Bronx in New York City. She was the program and development lead for the historic opening of the first two publicly-recognized overdose prevention centers in the United States.
