Kristin Tiedeman has extensive experience helping individuals overcome barriers to housing, employment and education. In her current position as Outreach and Engagement Specialist (OES) for the Fletcher Group, Inc. she provides evidence-based technical assistance to recovery house operators as they work to develop, expand, improve and sustain recovery housing. Ms. Tiedeman is a Certified Alcohol and Drug counselor with Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Arts degrees from Morehead State University.
