Vicky, a person in long term recovery, began her career in 2017 as a volunteer Recovery Coach working alongside Plymouth County Outreach Officers and currently serves as the Executive Director of Plymouth County Outreach. In this role she works closely with PCO’s 27 municipal police departments and Chiefs, Bridgewater State University, community medical partners and numerous other community partners to identify gaps in service and implement new programing to meet the needs of the community and reduce overdose fatalities. Vicky holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology with a concentration in addiction and is a Certified Addiction Recovery Coach and recovery coach supervisor through the state of Massachusetts. As a national mentor site leader, Vicky aids police departments across the country looking to implement similar programs to Plymouth County Outreach in their own jurisdictions.
