Laura Ordway
PharmD

Dr. Laura Ordway is a pharmacist with a background in public health and clinical pharmacy. As a Pharmacy Consultant at the NYS DOH Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement, she advises on controlled substance regulations and dispensing trends. Her clinical experience includes extensive work with behavioral health conditions and using evidence-based practice principles to support the development of disease state management protocols and policies. In her role as an educator at Albany College of Pharmacy, she has actively advocated for pharmacist-led community health programs. She is passionate about expanding the use of PDMPs as a tool for public health initiatives.
