Jennifer Murphy is an Associate Professor of Criminal Justice at Penn State Berks. Her research and teaching interests are in drug policy, the stigma of addiction, and the overlapping criminalization and medicalization of drug use. She is currently working on several projects that attempt to reduce stigma toward people with substance use disorder among college students, police officers, and treatment providers.
