Oona Krieg is the Chief Operating Officer of Brave Technologies Cooperative (Brave). Ms. Krieg is part of the founding team of Brave Tech Coop (CAN) and Brave Tech Inc (US), and a co-founder of the National Overdose Response Service in Canada. She has dedicated the past 20 years to reducing the social impacts of violence, poverty, and injustice. Since the advent of the drug poisoning epidemic, her focus has been on creating the necessary conditions for sustaining technological projects which reduce overdose fatalities and increase social connection. She works globally as an educator and consultant. She helps co-design and develop safety interventions and organize comprehensive harm reduction initiatives. Ms. Krieg's magic and expertise lie in developing strategic initiatives, coalition building, systems change innovation and implementation.
